I really enjoy your illustrations. They get the point across effectively. They don’t ruin the flow. And they look very nice and aesthetic 😁✨

Love your post 😁💯📈. I actually wrote about something similar if you want to check it out! It talks about money vs meaning and the relationship between both using the metaphor of money and gas.

I think this is useful checkpoint for leaders when checking in with their team. A lot of this whilst true will be left unsaid. Leaders could use this framework to set out the psychological safety required for someone to come to terms with misalignment. The sad thing is often the unsaid only surfaces after a resignation letter goes in.

So true, Ian. Glad this resonated with you.

Thank you so much for bringing awareness to this. A lot of people assimilate into a work culture and totally neglect who they are and want to be. That’s a recipe for burnout. The calls to action are gold here - I appreciate you for sharing!!

So many people are living this. I’m glad you’re highlighting it. Every time we speak against our truth, it gets harder to know which direction we truly want to go.

Well put, William. Thankyou
